Porames "Nong Mark" Poomporn became a national darling after his selfie video clip was widely shared on social media. Toon also gave the name "Phi Toon Soon" to one of the four pairs of his running shoes put up for auction. Chukiat Srithongsathien, chief executive of Teddy Auto Sale Co, won the bidding for the "Phi Toon Soon" sneakers, paying 1,234,567 baht during the auction.
